This property began as a our family summer residence. It holds the memory of our family’s happiness, the connection to the red land and the sensual nature of the surrounding landscape. Each trullo has also been a gathering place for friends, family and travelers. We wanted to share what we had and have others experience it. Today, we have opened our trulli for guests to stay. Sharing a lifestyle of happiness and fulfillment that we continue to pursue.

We have always felt the need to provide a home away from home for travelers, rather than just a roof over their heads. When traveling, being warmly welcomed into a space allows the strangeness or disconnection to melt away and a comfort and ease to settle in. Home relies on the simplest of things; the warmth of materials, the smell of of the herbs in the garden, the memory of pleasure, a garden view and the quiet stillness of a room. This tradition of opening one’s home to welcome travelers comes from our ancestors. To this day, our vision remains rooted in this warm welcome.
